Medicine in Guernsey
One of the reasons we have formed the Guernsey Medic Network is to make more visible to our members the opportunities which exist on island to support your applications and training opportunities. One such benefit is the support that you can give each other. Please use the site to reach out to members who are a few steps ahead of you on the career path and they will be happy to help where they can. You can also use the discussion forum within each of the Clubs to seek advice from a wider group. This is only visible to members of the site.
Details of further island based training and support opportunities can be found at the links below, and the buttons under APPLY take you to the relevant details and application forms when those opportunities are inviting applications. If there is any other support which would be beneficial to your training which we could help support on island, please ask and we can discuss at our next Steering Group meeting.
If you would be willing to support another member of the network in a mentoring capacity, please sign up here. Alternatively if you are happy to be contacted about your area of interest without necessarily becoming a mentor as such, please write a brief comment in the Share Story section within the club to which you are most closely linked.
