Guernsey Medic Network showcases island healthcare at Relocate to Guernsey show

The network was represented by Medical Specialist Group consultant urology surgeon Mr Owen Cole (pictured right) and Healthcare Group GP Dr Ed Partridge (pictured left). 

Mr Cole was also invited to speak at this year's event and focused his talk on healthcare provision in the Bailiwick, helping prospective relocators gain a clearer understanding of how primary and secondary care are delivered in Guernsey, and highlighting the island’s unique consultant-only model.

Held in London, the one-day event showcased life in Guernsey through a range of exhibitors and live talks covering topics such as the property market, education, business, and tax.

‘We’re delighted that the Network was invited once again to support the show and contribute to the bigger picture for Guernsey,’ said Dr Partridge. ‘It was a fantastic event, and we answered a lot of questions from people considering a move to the island — something they clearly found valuable.’
